DJ and producer, Alesso, won over his native Stockholm from the start of his career. His second single in 2012 “Calling (Losing My Mind)” with the legendary Swedish House Mafia’s Sebastian Ingrosso and Grammy award-winning OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, was certified 2x Platinum in Sweden while also reaching no. 1 on Billboard’s US Hot Dance Club Songs. In 2013, Alesso also released “If I Lose Myself” with OneRepublic which was certified 4x Platinum in Sweden.

Alesso’s ability to creatively blend elements of house music and pop to create innovative tracks led him to gain a significant following in the US. Alesso’s collaboration with Calvin Harris featuring Hurts in “Under Control” was certified Gold in the United States. The artist’s collaboration on the 2014 single “Heroes (We Could Be)” featuring Tove Lo became a worldwide hit earning Platinum certification in the US while reaching no. 1 on Billboard’s US Dance Club Songs, and no. 11 on the Top 40.
